The strength and wear resistance of inserts are improve by using carbide inserts with high strength and high wear resistance.
Surface of the high precision bearing heat treated by using advanced heat treatment process to improve the load capacity and service life of the bearing.
The service life of the bearing is further extended by adopting harder and mort wear resistant material for thrust bearing.
Preventing reflux structure has dual function, it can avoid air counterflow and dust entering into bearing when the air-compressor stop working accidentally, and separate air and water in order to avoid water entering into bearing when it works normally to prolong the life of bearing.
Tricone Roller Bit Features
1. The service life of tricone roller bit depends on the drilling stratum and drilling rig.
2. Rock formation: very soft, low compressive strength, high drillability, such as shale, clay, sandstone and conglomerate, etc.
3. Journal bearings. Hard face bearing surface. Silver plating on the bore of the cone. The bearing's load-bearing capacity and anti-galling ability are greatly improved.
4. O-ring seal is made of more wear-resistant, high-saturated nitrile rubber, which increases the sealing section, and the precision-designed scale flange in the conical sealing area increases the reliability of the seal.
5. Adopting full rubber compensator, which can limit the pressure difference and prevent drilling fluid from entering the lubrication system, providing good lubrication for the bearing system.
6. Adopting high strength and high toughness carbide pressure block, combined with optimized number of pressure blocks and rows, exposure height and shaped pressure blocks, giving full play to the high wear resistance and excellent cutting ability of the insert. For steel booth bits, the tooth surface is hardfaced with new wear-resistant materials, thus extending the service life of the cutting structure while still maintaining a high mechanical drilling speed.
