ESD Control Emergency Shutdown System
product Description
ESD Control System
ESD console is mainly used for remote control of Surface safety valve (SSV) or flow wing safety valve on test tree.
The console is opened by hydraulic driving safety valve.
If the driving pressure is maintained, the safety valve will always be open.
Once the driving pressure is released, the safety valve will automatically close at the fastest speed to achieve the purpose of fluid control.
Main technical parameters
Air pressure: 0.4-1MPa(58-145Psi)
Safety valve actuation pressure: 21MPa (3000Psi), 42MPa (6000Psi)
The state-of-the-art ESD (Emergency Shutdown) control systems for wellhead and well control equipment. Our ESD control systems are designed to ensure the safety and protection of people, the environment and assets, providing reliable and efficient emergency shutdown capabilities in critical situations.
Our ESD control systems are designed for the oil and gas industry, where wellhead and well control equipment must meet strict safety standards. In the event of an emergency, such as a blowout or sudden pressure surge, our systems can quickly and automatically shut down operations, preventing potential hazards and minimizing the risk of a catastrophic event.
Key features of our Emergency Shutdown control systems include advanced monitoring and sensing capabilities, fast response times, and seamless integration with existing wellhead and control equipment. With its complex control logic and fail-safe mechanisms, our systems provide a comprehensive layer of protection, giving operators peace of mind during operations.
ESD control systems are constructed from rugged and durable materials to ensure reliability and longevity in harsh and demanding environments. It is also designed for ease of maintenance, minimizing downtime and reducing overall operating costs.
ESD (Emergency Shutdown) control systems comply with industry regulations and standards, demonstrating our commitment to safety and quality. It integrates seamlessly into new and existing wellhead and well control systems, making it a versatile and valuable addition to any operation.
